I've made a bunch of orders with Server case, and my latest experience really highlights what this company is all about.

I'm in the process of building a rack-mounted computer. At first, I aimed to create a 1u server, and since I have a wall rack cabinet, I needed to stick with short depth cases. This is my second build; the first one went off without a hitch, using an 11th Gen i5 and an MSI motherboard. Everything fit perfectly, with plenty of storage.

Fast forward a few months, and I'm working on a second computer for different purposes. This time, I’m using a 12th Gen i5 with an MSI motherboard.

Just a heads up: the motherboard and CPU were sourced from another supplier, so don’t get mixed up.

I ordered the same case as before, but when I installed the board, I discovered that the heatsink was too tall for a 1u chassis. No biggie, I decided to switch to a 2u case (I’m keeping the 1u case for future use).

I ordered a 2u case along with a matching PSU, and they arrived super fast. Upon opening the box, I had a moment of doubt, thinking the case might be too deep for my rack. After checking, I confirmed it was indeed as long as the outer casing of the rack, so it wouldn’t fit.

I called up Server case, and the conversation was quick and to the point. They sorted everything out just like I expected. They sent me an RMA sticker, and I returned the case and PSU. Plus, during that same call, we figured out an alternative product that would work better for me, pointing out some things I had overlooked.

I placed an order for a shorter case (400mm depth instead of 600mm) along with a PSU. The PSU is on back order, but that’s not an issue for me.

The next morning, I got a call from them confirming stock and letting me know the PSU is on its way, along with a time estimate. I thought it might take a while, but in the meantime, the RMA was processed smoothly.

Would I choose Server case again? Absolutely, without a doubt. When I need a rack case, they’re my go-to.

I purchased a case for my new iPad back in March, but it started acting up in August. I reached out to them on the 16th of August, and they quickly offered me a replacement without any additional charges. Got the new case delivered on the morning of the 18th. Really great service, much appreciated!

I got myself a 4U server case. Despite it needing to be sent overseas to the Netherlands, the shipping cost was low and the case showed up in just a few days. It was packed really well, and the price was fantastic. I’m likely to shop with them again down the line.

We placed our initial order for a significant project, and they guaranteed it would arrive by a specific date, but it didn’t. This delay threw a wrench in our timeline. When the package finally showed up, we were really let down to discover they had sent us the wrong item. This again messed with our schedule. It’s just not acceptable; we counted on Server Case UK to deliver the right products on time as promised.

In summary, we won’t be going back to Server Case UK after this disappointing experience. Still, we hope they can sort out their internal issues and manage to deliver the right items when they say they will.

I had to drop a star because my first order got canceled while I was waiting for it to show up, even though they took my payment. I had to call to get it sorted out, and then the order was sent out and showed up a few days after that. The packaging was all good, and everything came in great shape.

I got the case and I gotta say, the delivery and updates were really impressive. My only concern was with how the case was described on the site; it didn’t make it clear that the main bay lacks screws and can only hold hard drives or anything that fills the entire slot. I was planning to install a fan controller/temp display, so I ended up having to drill some holes myself to make it work. Aside from that, the quality of the case is quite good.

The dual-CPU system, which was pre-assembled and tested, showed up right on schedule, letting me dive right into installing the OS. I got solid advice on picking the right components, and it was a great deal overall.
